Payment policy and security

We happily accept payment via all major credit cards (via pay pal*) , PayPal payments as well as bank transfer.

*Orders will not be dispatched until they have been paid for.
Customers paying through bank transfer should plan for an additional processing time on top of the standard order time line, as The Greener Pastures will only begin production after payment has been received in full.
If the full payment is not available at the end a period of ten days, your order will be cancelled automatically
Please be aware that you may incur additional bank service, transfer, or other fees when paying with bank transfer.

Shipping policy

Purchases will be packaged with great attention to detail to ensure your goods arrive in tip-top condition.
I aim to ship within 3-5 working days of all final payments for my products.(excluding weekends, strikes, public holidays and other special occasions ). If delays are expected you will be notified.
Living in Greece I shall be using the Greek Postal system.
On average, parcels within Greece tend to take 7-10 days, within Europe 10-15 days and approx. 15-20 days for the US.

Shipping has a flat rate.
For Greece 3 euro, Europe 5 euro and the rest of the world 8 euro.
My shipping costs refer to registered post and include packaging costs.

When your items ship, an email notification will be sent to the email address associated with your account here and it will include a tracking number for your order. Please monitor your bulk/spam folder as these notifications sometimes arrive there.

Refund Policies

If i am personally responsible for something that went wrong, I will offer a refund, an exchange or a credit towards future purchases. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns based on customer input errors nor do I hold any responsibility for damage or loss due to improper handling in the postal system.
